Delicious Dinner

When your parents are on a low sodium and low sugar diet and you are lactose intolerant… finding food to eat for dinner poses a problem. However, for my pre-birthday dinner we had a great meal. Turkey burgers with avocado, sweet potato fries, and broiled veggies. It was delicious!


My trip to Washington has been fun and enjoyable. Now it’s time to get back to work…
